I started kickboxing in June 2013 as a way to try and get fit. I had originally intended in only training once a week, but quickly realised that was not going to be enough.
My plan was to just train in the gym and I definitely did not want to compete in the ring. However that all changed very soon after I joined.
I have had mixed success at light con including ringmasters open tournament in 2014 and I have had 2 full contact fights, 1 kickboxing (loss) and 1 boxing (win).
When the opportunity arises I will definitely have more fights as I feel it will add to my experience and improve me with coaching other fighters.
